First. Warranty Policy

Different electrical product manufacturers have different warranty policies, please pay attention to the warranty policy description below the product before purchasing; if there is no special description, please provide a one-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturer during the warranty period.

 1. Warranty, free maintenance is not available if you have the following appetites:

  • The order number and other information are not filled in;
  • Damage caused by poor disassembly or modification;
  • Damage caused by mistakes, negligent use or improper use of people;
  • Failure or damage caused by non-domestic use (such as long-term use in generally harsh places or occasions);
  • The appearance is naturally dirty due to use.


2. Warranty purchase, if the accessories and wearing parts of the product are damaged (non-human damage), only the corresponding accessories and wearing parts will be replaced;

3. During the warranty period, if parts need to be replaced or repaired, additional purchase costs will be charged, and consumers shall bear the round-trip freight.

Second. Warranty Process

  • Free warranty

Please notify the customer service center in writing of the request for repair by email, indicate the reason for the repair, and provide a fault notification (photo or small video, and attach your order number and orderer information at the same time.


After the customer service center receives your repair request, we will provide you with an email about the return address after confirming that it meets the free warranty terms. Please be sure to send the product back to the specified address within 10 days after receiving the email.

After we confirm that we have received the product you need to repair, we will complete the product repair or replacement parts within 1 week. The repair cost and the return shipping fee will be borne by us.

  • Exceeding the free warranty period 

Please notify the customer service center in writing of the request for repair by email, indicate the reason for the repair, and provide a fault notification (photo or small video, and attach your order number and orderer information at the same time;


After receiving your repair request, the customer service center will tell you to provide the contact information of the brand supplier center, and you need to contact the supplier yourself for repair.
